Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 5 minutes of placing the order. Due to the nature of our business and the speed at which we prepare our food, requests for cancellations received after 5 minutes may not be possible. To cancel your order, please call us at +39 06 4425 0723 immediately.
Refunds on Orders
If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or unfulfillable for any reason, we will provide a refund as follows:
- If an item is missing from your order or is incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of the delivery, and we will ensure the item is delivered to you as soon as possible or provide a refund for the missing or incorrect item(s).
- If you have received an incorrect order, please contact us within 2 hours of the delivery with photographic evidence of the incorrect items. Once we have verified the error, we will arrange for the correct items to be delivered to you or issue a refund for the affected items.
- In case we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity, and a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Quality and Taste Concerns
If you are dissatisfied with the quality or taste of the food received and would like to request a refund, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order. We may ask you to provide evidence of the issue, such as photographs or a detailed description. Once we have assessed the matter, if it's determined that the food was indeed below our quality standards, we will either remake and resend the items to you or provide a partial or full refund. The decision will be made at our discretion based on the individual case.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon confirmation of eligibility. The refund may take several days to reflect on your credit card statement or bank account, depending on your financial institution's policies. Refund will be issued in the original form of payment only, in the € currency.
