'MossMeander started with a modest aspiration: to offer genuine Neapolitan pizza in Rome. Established by the Romano lineage in 1985, our pizzeria was initially a quaint, family-oriented venture with techniques passed from generation to generation.

'Marco Romano', the progenitor of our establishment, acquired the pizza crafting skills during her Italian sojourns, learning from esteemed pizza artisans in Naples—pizza's legendary home. After her UK return, her mission was to reproduce the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to ancestral methods and prime ingredients.

Once a humble 12-seater pizzeria, we're now a cherished community fixture, though our pledge to excellence and authenticity is unchanged. We still employ conventional wood-fired ovens, knead our dough freshly every day, and select top-shelf ingredients.

Presently, 'MossMeander' is still under family governance, with the Romano descendants stewarding our zealous team. While we've adopted certain contemporary practices, our core intent stays intact: to forge delectable, genuine pizza that unites folks.
